Welcome to the Anayil Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below. Please read them carefully before registering as an affiliate.
1. Program Eligibility
To participate in the Anayil Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. Anayil reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Registration
Upon successful registration as an affiliate, you will receive a one-time $25 bonus credited to your account. This bonus is granted only upon account verification and cannot be withdrawn until your total account balance reaches a minimum of $100.
3. Commissions
Affiliates are eligible to receive a 20% commission on each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase through the affiliate’s unique referral link. Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue of each sale, excluding any taxes or fees.
4. Payout Terms
Payouts are processed monthly, with payments made after a 35-day verification period following each customer’s registration. This period allows for customer verification and any necessary adjustments. Once verified, commissions will be credited to the affiliate’s account.
To withdraw the $25 registration bonus, affiliates must reach a minimum balance of $100 in their account. This balance can be used within the Anayil platform for services or products at the affiliate’s discretion. If the affiliate prefers to withdraw the funds to a bank or PayPal account, any applicable transfer fees or currency conversion costs will be the responsibility of the affiliate. Therefore, the total amount received may be less than $100, depending on the affiliate’s country and chosen currency.
5. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Anayil’s services, including hosting, web design, and premium domains, in a responsible and ethical manner. Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Anayil. Misleading claims, spam, or unethical marketing tactics are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using false or misleading information in promotions.
- Spamming or engaging in unsolicited commercial communications.
- Using prohibited websites, including those with adult content or illegal activities, to promote Anayil services.
Anayil reserves the right to investigate any affiliate activity and take necessary action, including withholding commissions or terminating the affiliate’s account, if a violation is confirmed.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer have access to their account, and any outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payout terms, provided there was no breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Anayil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk, and Anayil makes no guarantees regarding income or success.
9. Modifications to Terms
Anayil reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anayil operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
